Error:

In the event that the customer receives a wrong product, a return policy will be issued to the customer directly if the product has not been opened or used in any way.

The new product will be shipped immediately upon arrival of the faulty product and the customer will be compensated with a 10% discount on his next order.


Retrieval:

All store products cannot be returned after opening the product, whether by cutting the adhesive, opening the box, etc.

If the product is in its original condition and has not been opened, a return policy will be issued at the customer’s expense, and the customer will receive a refund after the product arrives at the warehouse and its original condition is confirmed.


substitution:

Used products cannot be replaced. Replacement will be made in the event of a defect covered by the warranty and the customer is directed to the store by the manufacturer, and a return policy will be issued at the consumer’s expense.

If the customer receives the product with a clear manufacturing defect, the product will be replaced immediately if the customer contacts the store, provided that it is returned with all its items and in its original condition.

If the product is returned from the customer and after inspection it is found that the product is intact, the product will be sent to the customer with the customer bearing the shipping cost.
